Meena and Tjalfe

When Meena decided to have a child with a donor at the age of 19, no one else thought it was a good idea. It was a selfish decision to bring a child into the world without a partner, they said. But Meena never paid much attention to other people's prejudices because she has felt different for as long as she can remember. Today, she passes that trait on to her son, Tjalfe. At a very young age, he started asking questions about his roots, and Meena could relate to that.
